Having a baby will bring about some massive changes and your fitness needs will change throughout your pregnancy. If you’re already active, our gym team can tweak your programme to keep you fit before baby arrives. Simply book in for a new programme and we’ll take it from there.
Post-natal Fitness And Looking After Your Baby
We don’t expect to see you back in the gym right after giving birth, but once you are ready to come back, we’re here to work with you to help you get your pre-baby shape back. We can guide you on the best way to get shed any baby weight from slow, easy exercises through to more demanding routines as you progress.
Making Baby Welcome
Our crèche can take babies at three months and we love welcoming new Cub members to the club.
