Swimming Pools At Next Generation Clubs

With amazing indoor and outdoor heated pools at all Next Generation Clubs, swimming is a great way to improve fitness and tone up at the clubs. As it’s a form of low impact exercise, there’s less risk of causing an injury and it can help in injury rehabilitation.

Great Swimming Facilities

All our pools are set out with dedicated lap lanes for uninterrupted swimming. Each lane is assigned a speed so you can swim to your level in comfort and there’s a separate part of the pool for social use The indoor pools are heated to around 28 degrees and the outdoor pools to approximately 23 degrees, making swimming very comfortable all year round.

Swimming Lessons

If you need to build your water confidence, we have a full range of learn-to-swim and stroke correction lessons with courses available for children and adults. Learn-to-swim and private lessons are available throughout the year.

Aqua Exercise Classes

All clubs have a range of aqua exercise classes throughout the week. They’re a great form of low impact cardio and resistance exercise and good fun too.
