Refresher Programmes
Once you’ve been a member for a few weeks and you’re settling in, why not book in for a free refresher programme and take your results to the next level? To ensure you’re consistently seeing improvement and to experience new parts of the gym, we recommend you book in for a programme every six to eight weeks.
