Welcome to Next Generation Ryde, Sydney's leading health, fitness, racquets and lifestyle club.
We have recently invested $650,000 into the club, enhancing the world class facilities for members. Our new modern gym includes a third group exercise studio, over 20 new pieces of Technogym resistance equipment, a new TRX frame alongside new functional fitness zone and a larger free weights area.
We haven’t forgotten the opportunity to unwind and our steam room has been transformed, including new fibre optic lighting. In addition the café has been completely refurbished with the addition of a new big screen TV and new furniture. We are pleased to offer new iMacs and laptop stations for members to browse the internet or catch up on some work with a coffee.

Hit the courts with tennis and squash available; children's and adult's coaching are at hand with social play also offered.
